Several points regarding outsourcing optical design:
1. Assisting clients: We can help clients with homework, course design, graduation design, etc. These types of projects are welcome, and we ensure efficient turnaround. Details can be discussed, and we generally provide all process documents from the initial structure to the final design files. We also offer guidance on the design process. If a Word document explanation is needed, please inform us Hobbite for further discussion.
2. Engineering Projects: For engineering implementation projects, we will evaluate the specific project to determine if we have relevant experience or if it involves common optical systems. If mass production is needed, please inform us in advance, as this requires iterative optimization. This direction involves more detailed discussions and longer time frames.
3.Optomechanical Design: Projects requiring both optical system design and corresponding mechanical structure design will be subject to the first two points above. These projects typically take the longest, as they need to consider assembly processes, mechanics, temperature, and environmental adaptability.
4.Optomechanical Design Software: We mainly use Zemax, CodeV, TracePro, MATLAB, SolidWorks, and UG for design.
